Changing billing information, as seen on your invoice (account holder name and address) and credit card details, can be done easily from within your account. Here’s how:

Update billing information
1. Log in to your account by clicking on ‘Account’ in the top right corner of the accessiBe home page.
2. Go to the ‘Billing & payment’ page and locate the ‘Manage your billing methods’ you billings section.
Find the billing method you want to update information for and update the fields: Company, Country, and State (if applicable). Please notice the option to make this your default billing method by clicking ‘Make this your default’.
Once you’ve filled in your new information, just click ‘Save’.
Update your credit card information
3. From within the ‘Manage your billing methods’ section, find the billing method you want to update credit card info for and click on ‘Update’.
4. Fill in the updated credit card information and click ‘Save information’.
