David Azar - Review & Testimonial

Hi, David. It's great to see you again. How's your week going? Did you have a good Thanksgiving?

Beautiful. Thank you very much.

Excellent. Glad to hear it.

So what made you look for an accessibility solution for your clients?

So, we had a client of ours about a year ago that received an email from a lawyer that they were getting sued because their website wasn't ADA compliant. I had no idea what ADA compliance means. We started Googling it, trying to get solutions, and we understood it was a pretty long process. We realized that every website had to be ADA compliant without us knowing it. Even the world, digital marketing agencies are supposed to know what's going on in the industry.

So, because he got attacked and in a few months after another one that got also attacked.

And so, yeah, we started knowing about that industry, looking into it.

Awesome. Well, certainly not awesome that they got sued, but good that you got into it.

So why is it so important for you to make your clients’ websites accessible to begin with?

I think that there are three reasons. The first one is as a digital agency; we need to give our clients the right knowledge and advice. We also pride ourselves on being a trendsetting agency. So we know what the latest trends are, what the new regulations are.

So not knowing that, I felt like we weren't responding to our agency's mission. And third of all, so that our clients get protected, especially that's, it's something that doesn't rely on us, to begin with, That looks bad on our agency, the client and their website is not ADA compliant.

I agree. Those are three solid reasons. So finally, why did you choose to partner up with accessiBe in particular?

I think the easiness of use, I'm a digital agency; I like things are simple. I saw, as soon as I reached out, someone got back to me super quickly. We scheduled the meetings through

a calendar invites, and we had the meeting, and within a few clicks, the website was compliant.

So easiness of use, nothing really for us to do, affordability compared to using developers and content writers and all of that. It was a pretty easy choice. There were lots of very good reasons.

Well, thank you very much, David.
