Why aren't the buttons in the accessWidget interface working?

If accessWidget’s interface is displayed on your site but the buttons are not clickable, or nothing happens when you click them, this is easily fixable.

It might be a conflict between your site scripts and accessWidget’s interface script. To check for a script conflict, do the following:

  1. Open your site using the Chrome browser.
  2. Press the F12 key to open the Developer Tools panel. Don't worry if it seems intimidating, we'll guide you every step of the way.
  3. Select the Console tab.
  4. Refresh the page.
  5. Once the page has refreshed, look in the Console tab for the word “accessiBe” underlined in red.
If you see this, it indicates a script conflict. Please contact our support team via website chat so we can resolve this for you quickly.
