Frequently asked questions
- What is accessiBe’s Nonprofit Partnership Program?
accessiBe’s Nonprofit Program was created to strengthen collaboration with the disability community. More than 700 disability-focused nonprofits have joined the accessibility journey and receive our AI-powered solution for free, along with discounts, sponsorship opportunities, onboarding support, and co-marketing collaborations that help amplify their mission. - How does accessiBe collaborate with the disability community?
accessiBe work with accessibility advocates, community leaders, and disability-focused nonprofits as strategic partners who shape our marketing, product decisions, and customer education. We actively learn from lived experience, which strengthens our products and deepens our mission to support accessible digital experiences. In 2025 we established the Inclusive Product Advisory Board to expand testing and community insight, and nonprofits regularly contribute to research, case studies, webinars, and storytelling.
- What is the Inclusive Product Advisory Board?
The Inclusive Product Advisory Board is a group of accessibility advocates and community leaders offering insight across diverse disabilities. Members meet quarterly to guide the product roadmap with real-world feedback. Their guidance influences UX improvements, shapes feature development, and ensures our decisions reflect authentic accessibility needs from people who rely on assistive technology every day.
- How can the disability community participate in user testing or product feedback?
Anyone interested in participating can reach out to [email protected]. Our Community and Impact team will recommend the right opportunities, including usability conversations, research sessions, and collaboration with accessLabs or advisory touchpoints.
- What is accessLabs?
accessLabs is our testing and research hub focused on validating accessibility tools through real use by blind usability analysts and community experts. Their work identifies issues automated testing cannot catch and strengthens the accuracy, reliability, and usability of every release.
- What makes accessiBe’s approach different from other vendors?
Our approach is community-driven and built as an ecosystem. AI technology, human expertise, testing through the Inclusive Product Advisory Board and accessLabs, and structured community feedback all work together to improve accessibility at scale. A dedicated team leads partnerships, advocacy, and ongoing dialogue so community insight actively shapes our products, services, and messaging.
- How does the disability community view accessiBe today?
Partners describe accessiBe’s collaboration as genuine and responsive, with clear pathways to share feedback and see it reflected in product, service, and advocacy work. Reviews on TrustPilot consistently highlight strong support from our nonprofit partnerships team, and community leaders value seeing their voices represented in our content, campaigns, and decision-making. Ongoing transparency and engagement continue to strengthen trust.
